| On April 1st, we begin our season fishing for everyones favorite the winter flounders. Most of our fishing will be done in the clean, calm waters or our own backyard Jamaica Bay. This great area is usually the metro areas hotspot for these tasty flatfish, and NO ONE knows Jamaica Bay like the Capt. Mike. All patrons will be provided with freshly shucked mussels and clams for bait free of charge. The boat sails everyday 7 days a week from April 1. FULL DAY FLOUNDER FISHING at 8am returning to the dock around 3:30 pm. The fare for these exciting trips is only $40.00 Adults, $35.00 Seniors, and $30.00 children. Come on down catch your dinner. |
Sometime around the third week in April we begin our HALF DAY EVENING TRIPS. Targeting WEAKFISH, STRIPED BASS, and BLUEFISH. On these action packed trips the boat departs at 5pm and returns to the dock around 10pm. MON, WED, FRI, SAT, SUN evenings only. There is no evening half day trips on Tues or Thurs. Those are our two nights to rest. We love these trips and the hours because we get both the dusk and the dark to fish. That is when these species are most active. It is a great way to unwind, and cool off after a hot summer day, catch some dinner and watch an amazing sunset. All of these trips we fish in the calm, clean waters of Jamaica Bay, short boat rides and action packed trips are the norm. Last season besides some amazing WEAKFISHING many GIANT STRIPERS were boated to 42 lbs. on our early evening trips. The fare for these trips is only $37.00 |
| In mid May we begin to target the Summer Flounder, Fluke. In the year 2005 many "DOORMATS", fish between 8-12 lbs. came over our rails. Maybe this year one of the will be yours. We Sail for the fluke FULL DAY everyday, 7 days a week at 8am - 3:30pm. This gives us plenty of time to get to where the fish are, wherever they may be. Areas within our range on a daily basis include The Jersey Coast to the south, "Down the beach" offshore Rockaway Beach to the East, The Tin Can Grounds, The Staten Island Shoreline and the Narrows to the North, our backyard Jamaica Bay, and the FAMOUS AMBROSE CHANNEL. A bonus on our fluke trips include bycatches of GIANT SEA BASS, BIG STRIPED BASS, BLUEFISH, WEAKFISH. The boat supplies every patron with fresh spearing for bait. The fares for our FULL DAY FLUKE TRIPS is only $42.00 Adults, $40.00 Seniors, and $32.00 Children.

Early September brings our night STRIPED BASS fishing using LIVE EELS as bait. These trips depart every Friday and Saturday at 6pm returns to the dock around 12am. Live eels are provided to every patron as bait. Bring your heavy rods and make sure your drag is set right, (or we can give you a rod for free.) because these fish are powerful. Every trip sees many fish in the high 20's to mid 30's lb. class boated. Occasionally even a few over 40 lbs. These trips are only $45.00 per person. Dress approapitaly as late fall night can be a little chilly, but the excitement of hooking one of these brutes will get the chill right out of you. | |
| Sometime around the beginning of October we begin to target bottom fish; sea bass, blackfish, ling, codfish, triggerfish and porgys make up the bulk of the catch. However you never know when that big striper or brute bluefish, or doormat fluke will enhale your bait offering. On these trips we supple clams and green crabs. We sail everyday at 8am and if the fishing is good which it usually is it is not abnormal to return to the dock around 5pm. We continue on these bottom fish trips if the weather holds up until sometime in January. The fare for these full day trips is only $40.00. |

| Around the second week of Sept. we begin our ACTION PACKED daytime BLUEFISH and ALBACORE fishing trips. These trips are gaurenteed to get your heart pumpin. We set out a chum slick on our favorite offshore spots. Then hang on, as the hungry blues and the speedy albacore invade our slick it is not uncommon to have every rod on the boat into a fish.
